All return items must be in unused condition.

Return accepted if: unused condition; otherwise it will be denied and returned at owner’s expense.
Buyers are responsible for: return shipping costs, and shipping costs for returns that have been denied.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged: Used, Stained, worn, damaged products. Item must be in resalable condition
What is PAYPAL return shipping on Us? An option for PAYPAL customers is to use “Paypal – Return shipping on us.” This offer is provided by Paypal for their eligible account owners. With this service you are eligible to receive up to 12 refunds per calendar year, and may receive refunds of up to $30 USD per claim. Visit their website for their full terms and conditions.

To ensure your favorite isn’t taken during the exchange process, make sure you select the correct size and purchase before it’s sold. In the meantime, we’ll process the first order as a return. Please contact us ASAP.
OTHER ORDER DETAILS:
Shipping Timeline: Orders are processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Expedited shipping is available at your expense — available options can be viewed during your checkout process.
Request a cancellation: Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the order before it ships. Please contact us ASAP and we will do everything possible to assist you. In the case that the item has been shipped before the cancellation request is received, you must wait for your package to arrive and proceed with the return/exchange process.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ámide Kids is not responsible for delays due to customs.
